We needed to have our aging fence replaced on one side of the house, and all along the rear of the house, along with some minor repairs of the fence on the other side of the house. Tim Garcia, the owner, met with us to go over what was needed and provided a detailed written estimate, which included the 15% off. After my wife and I made the decision to go with FencePro, we called and set a date for the work to begin. We were contacted by them asking if they could start a day earlier, which happened to work with our schedule. The workers showed up on time and had the demolition work completed in a matter of a few hours. They set the posts and stringers in the same day. The next day the came and installed the entire fence along with a gate and were done by the end of the work day. The job called for them to stain the fence and I was to provide the stain. I have the 10 gallons of stain Tim suggested I purchase and 4 men showed up the final day and had two coats of stain applied by 2 p.m. The job looks great, and the team worked together really hard. I found them and Tim easy to work with even when there was a minor change in about 16 feet of fencing which we wanted to be 8 ft instead of 6 ft. "I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

-I received a fair and honest quote from Michael and chose to use his company (it was the middle of 3 quotes I solicited...ALL were higher than I anticipated).
-My house had not been properly painted in decades and needed a lot of preparation prior to the actual painting.  Michael's primary painter, Pedro, did a phenomenal job preparing my house for the actual paint job.  My house is about 1100 sq. feet and Pedro worked steadily for 3 solid weeks power-washing, hand-sanding, caulking and sealing my house.  I was not in a hurry to have the paint job done (after ALL these years) so I appreciated the time and care Pedro took with my house.  Michael asked if I preferred to have Pedro work alone of if I wanted a larger crew.  I really appreciated the work Pedro was doing and chose to simply let him take the time to do the job correctly.
-Pedro took great care every day to collect and remove any debris/old paint that was removed from my house.  This was important to me as I have a dog that could have ingested old paint etc. 
-After all the preparation the house was primed and painted.  Michael was very helpful with color suggestions.  I am 100% pleased with the colors I selected.
-I also chose to paint my door.  The first attempt was less than stellar so we decided on a different approach which worked beautifully.  I enjoy the pop of color on my door every time I come home  :)
-After all the work was done I took a couple of days to check out the house and make sure I was absolutely pleased with the final product.  I had a couple of small changes I wanted to make, discussed them with Michael and then they went ahead and did them.  Michael also suggested some final detail work. 
-I was/am 100% pleased with the work that was completed.  It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to Michael.  He is easy to communicate and talk to.
-several of my neighbors are very impressed by the work that was done and have asked for this company's info.
