"I was referred to Phani at AxisTerra Design by structural engineer I hired for my home renovation project to remove load bearing walls in living room. The referral is like god send in a stressful state where my home renovation project permit is pending for 2 months and San Jose city came back asking for kitchen architectural plans for permit issuance. Phani very quickly helped and provided the design plan in two days. He followed up with me multiple times to get all the details needed to avoid back and forth iterations. Phani shared the plans on the same night at 10 P.M. Once, I confirmed the next, he shared the stamped plans. I already referred AxisTerra Design to a friend for his home renovation project, and without any doubt or hesitation recommend AxisTerra Design for any home renovation project."

"Mark Brand asked all of the right questions and worked tirelessly with the city permit department to make sure everything we wanted to do would be approved. Beyond being amazing on the phone with the city, his design fit with our mid-century home and anyone who has seen it is amazed at the transformation of our small back yard. We started this project with Mark in 2019, long before COVID-19, and completed the major construction in October of 2020. The actual construction began in May 2020 with demo, to completion in October 2020. Mark and his staff were with us through the entire process, communicating with our Contractor and Pool installer and keeping everyone in the loop and on track. I had never worked with an architect before, and feel grateful that my first experience was with Mark Brand and his team. Fees are explained up front, and although the fees were a healthy part of our budget, I know I got what I paid for! Communication with email and phone calls, as well as site visits were always timely, with any issues explained and problems worked through and resolved to avoid delays."

"We hired Shilpa to design an addition and remodel to our existing house in Fremont and we had a wonderful experience working with her. She listened and understood our needs, and designed the house of our dreams in the limited area that we had. She gave us many different design options in the beginning and made many revisions as per our requests. She even helped us with the city permit process and made revisions as per city requirements. The final result turned out beautiful, she used every inch of the space and the addition looks very much part of the original house. I am enjoying my beautiful house and get complements from everyone. I am very happy that I hired Shilpa and her team for my project and would definitely recommend her to others."

"The bathroom remodeling was a remarkable transformation, turning our outdated space into a luxurious retreat. We're enamored with the sleek, modern design that enhances our daily routines with elegance and comfort."

"Very well. We have had GLB design several houses / projects for us through the years."

"I thought that they were pretty professional and they had some kind of unique services that they were offering. They were also offering to do the design and they had some really good ideas. The quoted price was on the high side. They were pretty prompt and they were very nice. Actually they came over a few times to the house. I think there are 3 brothers that own this and they're professional, they knew what they were doing, and they had some good ideas. I can't remember why we ended up not going with them. Overall, I thought they were pretty professional and they were customer oriented. There was a couple of times that I had to call them to remind them about my appointment but I think overall, it was pretty good. I will definitely use them for a quote."

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."
