"My newish roof needed repair after the guy who did the roof was non-responsive. They came, determined the issue, and repaired the roof. They were very professional and more reasonably priced than another company I had give an estimate."

"Tom Lee Roofing did our roof in the Sunset District of San Francisco about four years ago (right as we were coming out of COVID). His team is professional and works efficiently. He walked us through the project prior to starting, frequently inspected the work, and offers to inspect future projects that may impact the warranty (e.g., if you need to put in a kitchen vent). We are so pleased with his work."

"Although the roof appeared to be in good condition, I decided to have it replaced as it was over 30 years old. In late September of 2018, I met with Shadowfax roofing estimator John. John was very knowledgeable and understood the issues with the high pitch of the roof. He provided two quotes. The first quote was for the basic Owens Corning Tru Definition shingles ($9,980) and the second was for Duration Premium shingles ($10,580). I opted for the higher quality shingles. Since the gutters were going to be replaced, I requested the wood that extended beyond the roofline be cut in order for the gutters to extend to the end. John explained it would not be a problem, however, any dry rot would need to be removed and replaced with new wood. Additionally, I had requested a vent be added for the bathroom as it was venting into attic instead of through the roof. John also indicated everything could be completed in about 3-4 days. However, it would be about three months before the job wold get done. Since there was no hurry, I agreed. In early November, I received a call from their scheduler, Pam stating the job would start on November 13th. I explained I would be leaving town on November 16th. She stated the job would be pretty much finished by then. Unfortunately, there were some delays. On the first day, the workers did not show up until late in the afternoon to remove the roof. On the second day, work stopped to due to the dry rot issue. Although, I had explained to the foreman on the first day of what I had wanted done specifically, replace any rot and cut all the overhangs, work stopped until I gave the okay to do the repairs. Fortunately, the dry rot was minimal, however, it caused a delay as there was only one person doing the job and he had left for the day. The foreman explained the previous job had some issues, which required their attention. On Friday, the crew for the gutters arrived early in the morning, however, they couldn't do the gutters as the overhangs still needed to be cut. So, crew returned later in the afternoon. Since I was unable to be present when the job was completed, my family supervised. I was informed the work was not completed until Sunday. When I returned home, I noticed the vent I had requested be added was not done. I contacted Pam and she stated it would get done. A few days later it rained. I have had no problems with the roof. Although there was a lack of communication in the beginning and delays, the job was done well. I would hire them again. However, I have learned my lesson that roof replacements should be done in spring or summer."

"Lovett & Lovett Roofing just completed work inspecting and repairing my pitched asphalt shingled roof on a new home I recently purchased. I am a repeat customer; having them work on a flat tar & gravel roof on my prior house. They are the utmost professionals. Communicative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They are happy to answer any and all questions. The crew showed up as scheduled and the work was completed within the timeframe and cost quoted to me. They cleaned up after themselves and left the property spotless. I asked about gutter guards and they explained the advantage of using them and recommended a brand the owner of the company has on his own home. What could be a better recommendation than that? Without a doubt, they are my go-to roofing company and I heartedly recommend them with absolutely no hesitation."

"Every time I called with a question they got back to me right away. When they were putting on the roof, they kept communicating with me on the amount of termite damage and wood that they have to repair. They kept me inform on how much they expected it would cost me if they did that. They put on our roof in the middle of a storm and the roof was leaking in the middle of the storm and they came out in less than 15 minutes to put an additional layer of tar over our roof and they committed to finish out roof the next day. Even when we had that encounter the owner let us know what was happening and what they were doing to get the roof completed timely and made sure we were satisfied."

"It was a great experience working with the Cosmo crew who were very professional and courteous. In two days, they replaced our old roof on a 3 bedroom single family home and installed a new skylight. During the process, they found rotted wood and replaced them properly. The gutters were painted to match the house. I appreciate their high quality workmanship and flexibility by working with our contractor's schedule and the unpredictable weather. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious as they accommodated many of my requests during the process. I would highly recommend them."

"Everybody was so helpful from the office staff to the evaluator who had the utmost patience and experience. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for my house and budget. The job involved new 30 yr shingles and conversion of an old tar and gravel portion of the roof as well as several new skylights & new gutters + replacement of several rotten roof areas. The roofing crew and supervisor were great and job finished on schedule. They were careful w/ plants & scrubs and cleanup was excellent. Not a single problem. As a side note I had a problem w/ racoon's or possums in my attic area. I had no idea who to call so I called Scudders and they came immediately and assessed the situation and started working on it. It really wasn't a roofing issue but they repaired the side of my house and didn't charge me anything!! Who does that these days?"

"As repeat customers, we initially worked with Signature Roofing about 15 years ago to replace an old wood shake roof on our first home. At the time, we found them to be very professional, from the moment we received the quote through the entire re-roofing process. They were very honest, punctual, and did a wonderful job of installing a high quality roof with no problems during the following rainy season - no leakage at all, even around three skylights. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the project was completed. But what really stood out was the building inspector's comments when it came time to sell our home. The building inspector said that the roof installed by Signature was probably the nicest roof he had ever seen, and he gave them an A+ for their quality and workmanship. Our experience with Signature was so positive that when it came time to re-roof our second home, we didn't bother to get quotes from any other roofing company. Again, we found both William and George to be very professional, honest and punctual. We met with William first, who patiently took the time to walk around the house and answer all of our questions and concerns. We discussed ventilation, dry rot issues, the different types of roofing materials out there, whether or not to replace the gutters or add more insulation, and even rodent issues which other neighbors around us have had. William was very honest. He told us what we did or did not need and didn't try to push more expensive products or services with us. Both William and George were very good at responding to our emails within the same day with answers to any additional questions and concerns we had. Once the re-roofing project started, George kept us updated with daily progress reports. After the installation, they did an extremely thorough job of cleaning up. Our gardener was very impressed, stating that in the 30 years of working as a gardener, she has NEVER seen such a thorough clean-up job. Our new roof looks beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the re-roofing job by Signature Roofing. We highly recommend them!!!"
