Mike was the star of the lot that I spoke to. While all the experts I contacted had some insight as to why my roof had issues, Mike was far more insightful and comprehensive about what needed to be done to effect a permanent solution. In some areas, the crew ended up stripping and (due to site requirements) hand carrying away a total of three old wonky layers of roofing, and then installing a new, modern roof.
