"I contacted M and J roofing about a leak. Lous response was quick and after inspecting my roof responded with urgency. I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. That is why in closing I will say M and J roofing should be the only and I am stressing only company anybody should want to do any work on their roof."

"Rhino-Back's price and professionalism at every stage of the process went so far beyond expectations that I can't come up with an adjective that adequately describes them. Rhino-Back's field manager on the job told me that they are trying to change the reputation of contractors. That might be impossible to do, but they clearly distinguish themselves. Each person I dealt with made it very clear that their goal was to make us happy and that they would do everything that they reasonably could to make that happen. I came to Rhino-Back after researching roof shingles for a few months to learn which I felt were the best quality for the money. The Owens Corning Duration was tied for my top choice. I then researched OC's recommended installers. I was initially reticent to consider Rhino-Back, as I constantly see their signs on many lawns in our town, and was scared that they were over extended. I called them as one of three installers from whom I sought blind quotes. They beat the other two installers by thousands of dollars and the professionalism of their salesperson overcame my hesitancy. The crew arrived as advertised, removed our old roof, installed the new one, and did a thorough cleaning all over the course of a day. They appear to be an equal opportunity employer and almost half the crew were women. The field manager then walked the job with me and the next day, a gentleman arrived to do a second cleaning looking for anything the crew may have missed including roofing nails and then blew off the driveway. While I'm no roof expert and the ultimate test is how it holds up, the work appeared to be very professional, including a beautiful weave of the shingles in a valley on the roof. We were provided with a good initial test as the remnants of Hurricane Ida passed by yesterday and there's no sign of any problems in our attic or elsewhere. Heck, even Brenda in their business office with whom I was paying off the job was a pleasure to deal with. While I hope to never need another roof, if I did, I'd be using them again and I'd recommend them without reservation."

"Luc contacted us promptly after we left a message inquiring about gutters. He came out to evaluate the job and asked what we wanted, including color. He then promptly provided us with an estimate. He matched the color of the gutters to the cream trim along the roof edge and the down spouts to the gray-green of the siding. The result is that not only do the gutters and down spouts blend in perfectly, they actually add to the attractiveness of the house. The only hold up [which was several weeks] was that that there was rain nearly every day during the initial period he was going to have the gutters installed. This delayed installation. However, once the men came out, the gutters were completely installed in the morning. The workers were polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. <br />"

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
