"Back in 2013 we decided to get my mother a walk-in tub. Gary with Bath Innovations Walk-In Bathtubs & Remodeling did a great job. His team was on time, and took out the old tub and installed a walk-in tub . Other companies give us bids but we went with Gary's tub, not just for the lower price but the tub sold us. "They did a terrible job. My pipes leaked after they redid them all because they forgot to glue them together and it damaged sheet rock, flooring and subflooring. After the job was done they handed me a bill for 2 times the amount bid and on the bid was all the damages that they cause and fixed. They are trying to charge me for fixing their mistakes."
