"These guys use pushy and gimmicky sales strategies so be ready for that. The grout used to point the chimney spilled down the roof (still there after rain) and onto the windows and screens that I had to clean up. They said it was a two man job but it turned out to be one guy doing the work and the other guy sitting in the car looking at his phone or just not there. They got the job done promptly which was essential in this case and it looks fine but I am not feeling the value."

The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."
