They were on time for the appointment and were very thorough in their examination and pre-treatment. In the end, the carpets, and especially the stairs were cleaner than when we moved in! They do amazing work and I highly recommend their service. I would absolutely hire them again."

"The job went very well. They are locally owned and operated, not a franchise. The team was professional and friendly. They were very efficient and did all of the work as promised and in the frame they estimated. The owner supervised and worked on the more difficult parts of the job (upholstery and marble grout). They removed most of twenty years worth of grime from the arm chairs and ottomans. The oriental rug came back with the vibrant colors restored and sealed with a protective coat. They were not the least expensive alternative but the end results made me happy that I opted for quality over price. I would definitely use their services again."
