"Bart and his assistant came to my house to install a 190-bottle wine refrigerator (WR). The WR had been delivered by Amazon and installed in the basement, but it was still inside a box and was sitting on top of a wooden pallet. Bart and his assistant slid the WR off the pallet and removed the packaging. They set up the WR in the location I wanted, and they had all the appropriate professional equipment needed for the installation and their safety. After they completed the installation, they cleaned the area, removed the packaging and took it with them for disposal. In addition, they took my other 25-bottle wine cooler up from the basement to another room on the first floor of my house. Bart and his assistant was very professional, on time and their price was very reasonable. "

The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
