And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine.
