Different than other service providers there were no push to replace needless equipment or components to named brands that they cover. They installed a replacement I had and that saved me some money on the overall service. Only item that I'm not completely satisfied with is that I didn't get an invoice or receipt after payment or via email. Will use them again in the future for any service and annual checkups."
