I had requested my fireplace be done, but David explained to me that my gas unit did not require this. I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need, when he easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. "Darryl came out initially to look at the space and come up with an installation plan. After my wife vetoed the original plan (she didn't want the condenser unit visible from the front of the house), Darryl gladly came back out to help us think through other options and come up with a plan my wife was comfortable with. It took a while for me to arrange for the electrical work required to install the unit, but Britton got me on the install calendar very quickly once that was taken care of. The actual install turned out to be more complicated than expected due to very limited access to the space over my office in the attic. The crew figured out a way to get the job done, though, without needing to cut extra access holes or anything like that. The installation was completed quickly. The crew both put down drop cloths all the way from the door to the office where the A/C was being installed and wore booties over their shoes to keep our house clean. The end result looks and works great, and the crew found ways to work around"
