"We have a rental in Lancaster, and the tenant called to say that one sprinkler zone had been running for about 2½ hours.  I tried to talk them through looking for the valve, but it wasn't successful.  I called Josh based on the stellar reviews here, and got his voicemail.  The ONLY negative thing I'll say about him is that if I hadn't read the reviews, I wouldn't have felt confident based on his outgoing message. 
When he called back (within 10 minutes, by the way) those less-than-confident feelings were completely assuaged.  He just happened to be very close to our property, and said he'd stop there on his way to his next job.  He was there in 5 minutes.
He shut the valve off, and called to tell me that it was a bad solenoid, and also another valve was leaking.  I told him that I knew he had another job to go to, and that I had a regular gardener who could make the repairs on his next trip.  I thanked him for the speedy trip, and asked him how he'd like to settle up, i.e. credit card, check etc.  He said, "If your gardener can do the repairs, then don't worry about it, you don't have to pay me, I was right here."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. You can shop with confidence with them!"

Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. He was supposed to contact me to do some other work and he hasn't gotten back to me but I would use him again for sure. He did the work very well and very neatly. He cleaned up very well. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
