When I thanked him for coming out and told him we would look elsewhere, the price dropped to a FRACTION of what was quoted. If I had let them they would have robbed me blind. If you call these guys, hold on to your wallet. Or be prepared to negotiate. When I call an electrician, I expect a fair quote for the job being done. If I were not in a hurry, I would have thrown this guy out."

He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

"He had to take my ceiling fan down 6 times to get it right and he did not charge anything for that. He did close to $3000 worth of work and charged me under $1000. Then he told me as a personal favor if I did not have enough money for the odd jobs at that time he said I did not have to pay him all at one time. Out of all of the contractors I have been around with my father, he is probably one of the best. He does not do anything half way.
