Then we realized we wished we had run the decking all the way to the driveway. They let us know the additional cost & came back out to do the additional decking in a very timely manner. I now have a deck that is even better than I imagined. I love my new composite deck. I have to share that with the original deck project, there was a bit of a timing issue because I was having new windows installed. They not only met the deadline, but they beat it by a couple of days. Then they came back out to do my add-on to my deck within a couple of days of my windows getting finished. What made the whole project even better is they cleaned everything up nicely when they left. They also made sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving at job completion. We have 12 employees that directly work for us and 3 sub-contractors. All are submitted to random drug and alcohol testing, are covered by insurance and posses the skills to complete every job in a timely and professional manor. Our billing is different from job to job depending primarily on size of task, projected time and any specialty materials or craftsmanship. I am personally on each and every job to oversee every phase and maintain a helping hand and professional relationship with each customer and employee. We warranty every job no matter the size for a minimum of 3 years craftsmanship, average of 5 years on most, if material is produced by us or is custom worked we will warranty the product as well. We are certified from multiple manufacturers of products we sell and install. We also off the ability to purchase extended craftsmanship warranties. We offer discounts to current,retired, or disabled veterans. We also offer discounts and savings to law enforcement, peace officers and fire/emt. Just let our staff know and they will provide you with what's available for you. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency response. Same day service to any warranty calls. Estimates will be completed and given to you within 3 days. ALL work is inspected before completion is given and bill for final payment is sent.
