"I have an annual contract. They come once a month and treats the lawn. This is just fertilizing and weed control.  Their communication system is pretty poor. It is a very difficult time for me to communicate to anyone there. I have tried sending emails. It could just improve."

"They sent a man out. He came when he said he would and quoted me the price. He told me at that time you know I don't think we are so heavily scheduled that we were going to be able to take the tree down much before and after thanksgiving and I said well that is no problem and then Christmas came and went and the tree was still up, so I called them and I said hey said you know you told me you are going to have it done at the end of November and we are almost at the end of December and he says ya I apologize for that. We will come out next week and do it. They called me back and said they are coming on and they gave me a date in January. They showed up on 3rd or 3th of January, three trucks, a crew of four man, a chipper and truck to haul the logs way on and it was zero degrees outside. It started at 8 in the morning and they didn't stop until 11:30 and the tree was down and everything was hauled away nice and neat. They do wonderful work."
