"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

His estimate was slightly lower than the others that I got and he did the job sooner than the others were willing to schedule. The deck is beautiful and better than I expected. "Very well.  Rick and his lead carpenter gave me some excellent advice on re-designing the trusses for the project, and were very prompt and professional.  I elected not to go forward with project at this time because the bids for it all came in too high and I decided to scale the project down and pursue bids on the re-design at a later date.

"Excellent, they replaced the complete roof (15 S.Q.) in just two days. The first day they worked even in the rain. Most people don't work that hard in that kind of weather on a wet roof. The second day it rained in the morning but by 9am they were up on the roof again they finished that afternoon and after they cleaned up there was not a piece of roofing material; nail; or any other trash on the ground. They not only did an excellent job in just two days but by the time they left you could not even tell they were here. The whole crew was very polite and always willing to answer a question.
