"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Tony is super communicative- from our initial inquiry to the day of the project. He is very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions to make our project even better than we hoped. He encouraged us to buy items that we felt comfortable purchasing, and on those technical items, he gladly stepped up. He reached out to us the weekend before the work and again the day before. On his scheduled day he was on-time and prepared to get to work. Tony is safety conscious for all in the home, including pets. His knowledge and experience show through as there are no wasted steps or efforts. Starting on time, he finished early. He is extremely clean and tidy, leaving the work site better than when he arrived. Tony is polite, cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and a genuinely nice person you would want to have coffee with. We are pleased with the end product and will definitely be calling him for future work. Hire him, you will have no regrets."

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

I got three bids from other Home Advisor recommendations and his was the lowest."

"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.
Overall, we are satisfied with the work done, and we will definitely use the service again for handyman needs."
