In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

"Didn't cancel the first appointment until half hour before he was supposed to be here, due to family emergency. The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message.
