Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. In our basement he patched and repointed the brick, even out the floor slab, and installed three lally columns with footings.
