"Things went very well. Later in the week, Mr. Wright had one of his teams of two plumbers isolate and seal off the leaky line and do a re-route of that line through the attic. The total re-routing job took 5-6 hours, and the two-man team was very friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, diligent, clearly explained what they were doing, didn't mind us watching and learning as they did the job, and they cleaned up everything very well when they finished. It has been four months since the work was done, and the hot water has been flowing very well with no signs of any problems."
