"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends."

"Recently, I had a sewage pump failure. One major quality for me is professionalism from the phone staff and technicians. Fortunately, both were above my expectations. They were attentive to my needs and concerns, Martin, the technician that performed the replacement of the pump was professional and expeditious during the job. Lastly, Martin was informative and patient to answers all my questions. I highly recommend this company."

"Even when this guy was very polite an professional talking. he not even try to unclog the shower and just make and excuse. Not even and estimate for braking a wall or take a look of the real problem"

"Called for sump pump replacement at 6:00 pm. Complete by 8:15. Great service. Great people."

"Frank did an amazing job during our plumbing crisis. Our basement sewage ejector pump had burned out, causing a backup of waste. Frank and his brother heroically cleared out the waste and replaced the pump with a model better suited for the job. They were quick, friendly, and transparent through the entire process and their pricing is fair and straightforward. I definitely recommend calling Frank and SewerServ for any plumbing needs."

"We used Joel from Illinois Sewer and Drain. Joel called me immediately after I filled out the online form and was out to my house in 2 hours. In 2 days I had his estimate, which was fair and of great value. When I told him we were going to hire him he scheduled us for the next day. Six guys were here all day and the job was done in a day and a quarter. Joel was professional, classy, friendly, fair and kind. So were the men who work for him. We were very impressed. My husband asked Joel to look at our sump pumps and a silcock that was dripping. The next day he was out and replaced 2 of our 3 sump pumps, (which were not working at all) and some piping and fixed the silcock. So, two days after he replaced our entire septic tank we had him out to replace two of our three sump pumps! So yes ! We would use him again! We are thrilled with his work and his knowledge and professionalism and will use him again for sure. We are so grateful that we found him. We called for estimates from three companies and one came out and was charging a hefty price to do and exploratory evaluation. One never called me back and he was the one we chose, He so prompt and so professional and so fair. So thankful that we found him."

"Hired Aqua Doctor to replace a bathroom faucet . They did an outstanding job and gave me a great price. The following month my kitchen faucet needed replacement so again I hired Aqua Doctor . They were respectful, friendly and quick . They came with their masks on in the age of Covid and did an outstanding job again. These guys are my permanent plumbers . Don’t hesitate to give them a try because you won’t be disappointed. Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating"
