"I had an excellent experience working with All Around. They did a great job installing a set of attic stairs for me. They were prompt and took the time to answer all of my questions. They completed the work efficiently, with great attention to detail, and caused minimal disruption to my household. They also made sure to leave the workspace clean. "This has been a frustrating process. We hired this company in January after sending a deposit. Our gate has to be made due to its size. Instead of being notified of the process we kept having to reach out. Then we were told that the manufacturing was delayed. After more follow ups, by us, we were told that the gate would have been installed last Tuesday. But it didn't happen. Again we were told it was was a manufacturing delay. I emailed them for a follow up on Thursday and it is now Monday with no response. Nice people but horrible service. "
