"GS Exterior Experts is a highly professional organization and did a superb job on the re-siding of our home. From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing each day, despite the cold temperatures (late December at an elevation of 8,000 ft). The attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen in watching over 30 years of construction improvements by various crews on our house. (And that’s saying a lot as we have had really good luck with some fantastic construction crews over the years.) It really was amazing to watch how efficient and brilliant the crew was in making sure everything was done to perfection! They were true artists in their work. Any requests I had for specific details during the install were done exactly as asked with a smile. The same is true of any questions I had throughout the entire process. One of the crew members (Moses) was extremely helpful in fulfilling any requests and answering my questions and checking with me to make sure I was happy with specific results. I just cannot emphasize enough how well the work was done- the meticulous attention to detail was outstanding! Following completion (which was the evening before Christmas eve), the project manager Oswald took the time to do a final walk through with me a few days later, immediately taking care of the few tiny concerns I had. He, like the rest of the crew he manages, was amazing- so professional and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend using this company for any project involving services they offer. They definitely go above and beyond expectations."

When Zach arrived to inspect our attic and provide us a quote, he spent time going over the company, warranty information, options for financing, and benefits of providing a solar barrier in the attic, along with adequate insulation. The company provides an app which gave us updated information about our install, as well as access to photos and documents. The installers arrived on time within their window, and completed the job in under 2 hours. They are polite and cleaned up prior to leaving. Dajuan the showed up a few hours later to perform a quality check of the work, and went over the complete process to ensure our satisfaction and a chance for us to ask any questions. "Evan Eason and his Emerald Edge Construction Team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job renovating my 3,000SF rental property. Evan provided a wide-range of construction services that included popcorn ceiling removal, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, tile work, cabinet installation/construction, and detailed trim work such as the buildout of a staircase (balusters, handrails, and trim). The only other vendors I employed were flooring and electrical. Further, Evan and his team of experts were exceptional problem solvers. Within my renovation project, Evan's work included the installation of all new custom kitchen cabinetry that took 12 weeks to procure. Within the process, the supplier delivered a wholly wrong sized kitchen sink base cabinet. Evan and his team responded by drawing out a "to scale" schematic of what was needed to fix the issue, procured the necessary piece/parts to reconstruct the sink base cabinet, and transitioned the newly constructed cabinet nicely with the other base cabinets. Without the Emerald Edge Master Cabinet Maker skillset of one of his employees, the renovation project would have been severely delayed. To summarize, Emerald Edge Construction was cost effective and completed the project on-time. Evan Eason, is attentive to the construction details and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the end result of this Briargate "High End" renovation project!"
