I never even heard back from a few of the other companies. He came over to provide an estimate within an hour. He gave me a free estimate and once he was finished with the work he stuck to that exact same price...no trying to add more to his estimate. His work is awesome. It looks terrific and he took his time to do it the right way. He is very professional and very personable. Was very nice to my baby and to my wife. We thought it went so well that we have already asked him to come back for more home repairs. A+"

"James showed up promptly to take measurements for a new tub surround. When the day to install it came he picked it up for us and promptly went to work. The job was done quickly, and he was super polite the whole time. Because of his work ethic we had him repaint the front door, then we had him repaint our deck. Each job was done promptly and professionally. Both painting jobs had short weather delays, but he was back soon after to finish. He kept us informed if he was running late - which was rare. He also took care to clean up after each job. His prices were very reasonable, and included all materials."

"After some research I thought I had acquired the correct part to repair my kitchen faucet myself. Shortly after starting the job I realized I may have the part but not the tools and/or skills to do the job. I consulted Angie's List to find a plumber who could do the job. I liked what I read about Neighborhood Plumbers and gave them a call. <br /> The plumber, Larry, came by within 2 days of me calling him and arrived a few minutes early. Very friendly and personable and professional. After telling him what I wanted done and discussing a water pressure problem along with a marked slowdown in the amount of hot water coming from my kitchen faucet he went right to work. He quickly determined that the part I had would not fix the problem I was having. He suggested I contact the manufacturer of my faucet and see if they would replace my faucet under their warranty. <br /> He took the time to explain to me why my water pressure was not as good as it should be and what would be required to fix it. He asked me to call him back after I received the replacement parts and gave me an estimate of what it might cost to make the required repairs. He did not charge me anything for his time even though he was here at least 30 minutes. I was expecting a charge for a service call at least. <br /> I contacted the manufacturer of the faucet and they agreed to replace my old faucet under their warranty. I received the replacement parts and called Neighborhood Plumbers and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment Larry called me and advised me he was on his way. He arrived early for out appointment and went right to work. Still very friendly and professional. <br /> He did all the required repairs in approximately 2 1/2 hours and left me a happy guy. It is very refreshing to find a person that does what he says he will do quickly and for a reasonable and fair price. <br /> I highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbers and am sure I will contact them again should I have any other plumbing problems.
