They really should have come back the next day to clean up the pencil numbers, dirty hand prints, and concrete dribbles. They offered when my wife notified the salesman, but by that time I had cleaned it up myself. Suggestion: Check closely to make sure the clean up was thorough. The fence looks GREAT now."

"We were quite satisfied with the work and quality for the most part... one or two welds on the security screens could have been executed with better continuity and the fence line laid out a bit more accurately on the side yard. There was one afternoon appointment which was missed entirely without a phone call or explanation.  When all is said and done, the fence really sets off our yard and we feel much safer with the locked security screens.

"ArtCon's representative scheduled the above work with us for Wed, Nov. 5th. and he wrote that clearly at the top of the estimate. At that time we paid 50% of the above total. No one showed up on that date. We called at about 10am and were told we weren't scheduled for the work on that date. Miss-communication within ArtCon. A call by us to the company contact's cell phone wasn't even returned.
We only got a call late that day from the person who does the scheduling with an off-hand apology and giving us a new date of Mon, the 10th. Without even consulting us as to our availability. We had to tell him they would have to come on Wed., Nov.
12th. One week after the original work date. One week that we had our patio furniture sitting in our living room.
The work was performed satisfactorily on Wed, Nov. 12. The next evening we received the final bill by email. We were disappointed to see that no monetary adjustment was made to the final bill. They did nothing to address the in-house problem on their part.
We won't use them again nor recommend them to others.

"The cover looks great, nice material, alumawood is very nice and sturdy and no painting to do forever vs a wood patio that you have to maintain constantly, this was the third one I had this company build for me on my new home. Sharon and Valerie were great to work with, very pleasant and kept me in the loop as to day of installation. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a solid patio cover that you don't have to paint ever and will with stand over 100 mph winds. The price was very reasonable and it included the concrete stump and installation of the concrete slab.."

"I had a short window in which to have this completed or face a fine by the city of Henderson. So I share an amount of responsibility for the timing in the sense that I contacted them two weeks before I needed it removed.  They weren't able to say definitively yes or no, they could or could not do it, preferring to see on a daily basis if they had any wiggle room in their existing schedule to squeeze it in. Presumably by the inability to get on the schedule, they didn't have any.  I ended up contacting someone else and they did it. Spent more, naturally.
What irritated me was the verbal insistence that they would get me on the schedule, but then it never occurred.  Not ever suggesting a day or time, or following up about that.  When I followed up with them, I got the same "we'll get you on the schedule" business. But no effort was made to actually do that. Because I had paid for the service already, we tried to see if there was something else they could do for me. We continued communicating but I lost interest in working with them due to this vaguery.
I contacted Angie's List to see about a refund.  Angie's List then contacted them and Dave did make another call to me, but I didn't return it. They may do great work but I didn't get to experience it. I'm giving them a C instead of a D because they may well do good work, who knows.  I ate the $99.
