"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Mike came in to finish a bathroom addition after the plumber I was working with let me down a couple times. What a breath of fresh air he is! Nice guy, great communication and punctuality, fair pricing and professional work. The addition turned out great!! We are very happy with everything :) He’s been back a few times to help with other parts of the house and it’s always easy and fair. I plan to keep working with him for the long haul."

"The work performed by Shaine unlimited turned out great. Turn around from quote to install happened in days and not weeks like other contractors. Job site was kept clean and workers went out of their way to address minor items which were not a part of the original job which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely utilize them again for future projects."

"Extremely well. Agent visited my premises, then apartment building, then my daughter’s house, the destination of some furniture. Removed larger used articles for disposal at dump. Three men moved upright piano up 28 steps. Throughout 10-hour move, the crew remained upbeat and energetic."
