"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. "These guys are great. They came one Saturday and realized I needed a new toilet. They didn't charge me until they came back again with the new toilet. After the repairs were done a new drip started in the basement right after they left. They came right back and spent over an hour looking for the problem. They realized it was the ice maker in the fridge and fixed that too at no charge. As a single woman, I wouldn't go with any other company. They are kind and helpful."
