After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Robert responded fast and provided honest review by telling me that my roof is coming to the end of the expected life but didn't push me to replace or repair right away. Additionaly he found cracks on my chimney that I was not expecting initially. I am happy to hire him to get the chimney fixed and potentially saved a lot of money for a fix down the road.
