"We just purchased a 2 family home less than a year ago. We had been smelling gas in our home near the chimney on and off. We called PSEG on 2 occasions, and on one trip they capped the line in the apartment, and the 2nd time they disconnected (what they thought at the time was) the gas line feeding the 2nd floor chimney, but it was the line for the 1st floor. We called PipeWorks for an emergency visit because we thought a pipe burst. Mario from PipeWorks came and found that Home Depot did not attach the water drain pipe securely on the back of the washing machine – it had popped off the back. So $404 later Mario saved the day. He spent alot of time testing the machine at different cycles to make sure there were no more leaks. I would highly recommend PipeWorks & Mario for any regular or emergency plumbing project. But shame on Home Depot for their shoddy installation."
