The job was in some respects difficult given configuration of home but they rented a 45 foot lift to stay off metal roof and paint upper gables. Any concerns immediately taken care of, and the owner Terry Tramel has very high standards and personally inspected the work twice daily and at the end of the job. Without my request, additional areas were repainted as directed by Terry to ensure a top quality job. I contacted other local contractors and they didn't want to fool with lift and rather wanted to put ladders on my metal roof, but Tramco agreed best to use lift.
