"We are so happy with our new Frisby roof! We originally contacted Frisby because we were getting water in our basement and dining room floor. They came over very quickly to look our water damage & figure out where the water was coming from. They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!! The workers also left our property so neat that you would hardly know they were there all day! All around great company to work with!"

"If you have to deal with management, I wish you luck because this has been a horrible experience. The tech forgot his pump spray bottle sitting on the hardwood in our foyer. The bottle had a slow leak and damaged the hardwood (see pics). This happened on December 15th, 2025 and still have no resolution. I have called, I have a 36 text message thread with Doug the owner and we have swapped 18 emails. He acknowledged they were at fault but has done nothing to repair the floor and it?s been 2 months. He will not return my phone calls, answer texts or emails and the cost of the repair was only $560. I highly recommend you find a more reputable company for your carpet cleaning needs."

"Amazing work. Patched all walls and even some larger holes in the theater from running of wires. Painting was first class, they took their time and you can tell they have a lot of pride their work. Moved everything out of the way, very careful to not get paint on anything (even screen in theater), cleaned up and put everything back. Trim work looked great and painting was smooth and no streaks. Even painted some wall covers to they'd match. Better price than other estimates and started right away. They've done a few jobs for me and will be back to do more."

"Our Land Organics took our fuzzy ideas and drew up a beautiful, feasible, environmentally conscious rain garden design for our yard. The plan was clearly designed and easy to follow- full of plants that could handle a tricky site. "I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I had foundation issues in my home I bought this past January, so I reached out to Hughes Construction to see about them working on my project for me. After initial contact they said they required a structural engineer to draw out plans prior to beginning work. So they recommended Cole Engineering. I used Cole engineering and was charged $2,500 for the plans to repair the foundation. Once I had the plans, emailed them to Hughes Construction, and tried coordinating follow on construction. Tami Ludwig reached out and said they weren’t able to assist me. I’m out $2,500 and was able to help out their friends engineering company with business while Hughes left me high and dry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Elsmere Ironworks is extraordinary! Top notch service and craftsmanship. We needed to add a 25 ft. custom curved railing to our patio. I looked at their website, picked out a few examples and emailed them for a quote. I never met with anyone in person until the day that the railing was installed. The measurements were taken while we were at work and I expected something to go wrong, due to the shape of the patio and custom nature of the product - custom measurements almost always seem to need to be adjusted. When the installers started their work, the railing was beautiful and it fit absolutely perfectly - amazing! The railing adds a beautiful finish and character to the patio and is my favorite single feature. I wish I had the need for more of their creations, because they are knowledgeable, creative, professional, and helpful through the entire process."
