I have been in this cleaning business for 4 years. They people i have met threw this cleaning experience has all been wonderful to me as I am to them. I work weekends and willing to travel outside Bakersfield. I also do last minute booking. I dont have any reviews on this platform yet but I do have reviews on other platforms and they are all good reviews.

"Queen of clean was able to do a some what thorough job, however they did not clean behind washer and dryer as she had requested, the manager never came by to assess the employee's job performance. After the 1st cleaning my mother made the check out to "Queen of clean", After the 2nd cleaning the worker told my senior mother to make the check out to the worker and not the company. Sounds fishy, my mother was not happy with the 2nd visit cleaning, she felt it was just not adequate not the "A" rating that we were expecting after previous reviews."

The cleaning team took their time and really did a fantastic job, especially given the short notice they received. I would definitely use the Elena Cleaning team again! "The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
