"The Austin's Handyman gutter cleaning service was excellent. There was no debris remaining after the cleaning and the only contact with the personnel was upon their arrival and departure."

"They cleaned the gutters and downspouts. It was very helpful that they sent photos to show that it was done well."

"They put moss treatment on roof and cleaned gutters and downspouts. They were professional, did a great job. Came in timely manner and were very reasonably priced. Very pleased with service and will use again"

"Kevin does the best job ever. He always has a smile on his face and he takes care of our belongings. We have him clean windows annually, solar panels, gutters, moss treat our roof, pressure wash our concrete and seal it all when needed. He also hangs our holiday lights annually. We won’t use anyone else for any of these services."

"Was only going to have the gutter/downspouts cleaned, but ended up buying the LeafFilter product. The presenters' explanation/demonstration was excellent. The installer was efficient and courteous! The warranty is outstanding."

"Jose and his helper were friendly, polite, fast workers. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me a photo of my now-pristine gutters."

"Matthew did a great job explaining what his crew could do and setting the job up. He followed up with a call to verify that the work had been completed to my satisfaction, checking off another box related to excellent customer service. The crew was amazing. They worked well as a team and tackled the multiple tasks we had outlined for them ... cleaning a composite roof over our garage, the metal roof over the house, and the plastic roof over our deck. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts, power-washed our deck, and even found time to power wash the carport and front entrance to the house. We are not quick to recommend workers to other people, since everyone has such different expectations and tastes, but we do so with Expert Property Maintenance. Without reservation"

"Chris and his helper Koty did a great job. He came prepared with the gutters precut and the install took minutes. Communication was good and he was very accommodating of our schedule. I highly recommend First Response Gutters."

"Crew of two showed up on time. Very professional, friendly and well equipped. They cleaned vinyl siding on two story house with some algae on north side of house plus gutter exteriors. Looks great! Fair price and they finished in about 2h. I would recommend."
