Called again and someone came without any heads up (so I wasn't there) and dumped more chemicals on the lawn. Finally got in touch with the local manager who came and put down grass seed and a special formula to deep hydrate the lawn with the application of 40 min of water every day for 2 weeks. Really worried to get my water bill next month!!! Lawn starting to look better. Still brown spots. Seed coming in. Crossing my fingers. Only working with local manager from now on. I have had 3 different companies in 7 years. Some started off like promised then ruined with their uneducated pruning or burnt the lawn with too many chemicals. Or worse just mowed and blowed!
