I told them ahead of time where itâ s was located. By not telling me if I hadnâ t noticed water could have been trapped during the winterization process and burst the lines. I tried contacting them by phone call, text, and messenger after realizing the issue to no response. Also a low spot in the patio by the house foundation is a concern. When I mentioned this to Elmer he said â nothing I can do now.â"

"After spending $30K with them to "repair" my foundation, it's been over a year now that I've been waiting for them to come back to finish the job and do the warranty the work that they said they would do. Since they've been paid, I can't get any response from them. The work they did was horrible, not according to the Architects plan, they used different materials and did the work improperly. They said that they would be coming back to correct it all. After several no shows and no responses, I had to file a state complaint against this company, it's owner and license holder.
