"I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"

"Roberto and his partner did a fantastic job with this job. We have a living room with a pitched ceiling that's about 17 - 18 feet tall and an entry way that's taller than that. They painted the ceilings, trim and all walls after prepping all areas by sanding them and fixing the cracks in the walls from the house settling. "We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms

"Mike and one of his workers came out and did their investigation right on time with the appointment we set. What they ended up finding was that my shower was leaking down into the wall because it wasn't caulked properly, which in turn ended up in my basement ceiling and then down into the basement wall. They opened up the ceiling and wall and found mold growing. The only reason we never noticed was that there is a sheetrock ceiling in the basement that the water was dripping onto but there's also a drop ceiling that hid the water damage that was occurring. In the end, all of the water damage was repaired, the mold was remedied and the shower got re-caulked. No issues since!"

"He used bead board only on the front of the island, although we had discussed using it on three sides.  I asked him to finish it the way it was written out on the estimate.  He had to purchase more bead board and then re-do the bead board work already done.
For the counter top, Dan used 1/2" plywood that warped overnight so he had to install a heavier duty plywood the next day.   As requested, he painted the top black, but he also went ahead and painted black the two columns that run to the ceiling.  I had him re-paint the columns back to the original white.  He did not finish off the edges, but rather used a router to give it the "finished look".  He said half-round or a bull-nose finish would not work with regular usage.  As a finish coat, he used a spray can lacquer.  I was not pleased that he used the spray can in the house, but he said he did it "all the time" without problem.  The next day I had particulate residue all over my furniture, floors, television, window blinds, etc.  I spent a good amount of time dusting and cleaning the room.  The surface of the counter top was streaky, with swipe marks on it; an unattractive surface.   The base molding work was fine.  No comments there. I contacted Dan the next day to let him know how the lacquer particulate residue had settled on the furniture and how the counter top surface was streaky and smudged. 
2/21/12 Update:  Dan returned to address the counter top surface. He sanded and repainted the top with another coat of black paint and returned again later the same day to apply a lacquer coat.  This time around he used a roller to apply the lacquer.  The surface dried smoothly without streaks."

"Edgar showed up on time & got right down to the issue. There was no testing done or a sample taken. He did give an overall scope of the work to be done. Luis sent his Certification, but no invoice was presented. It was decided that the damage done did not warrant any remediation."

"The job went fantastic and I would definitely work with Leo again. We needed to get new windows to replace a large picture window and three huge windows from the 70's plus close up a wall to transform an old sunroom. In line with that, we figured it would be a good opportunity to replace doors, siding, gutters and such. After calling a few other vendors for comparison, Leo's quote was the best documented, best explained, and most reasonable of the three. Based on that, I had high expectations. I've worked with other contractors before, and didn't want to deal with the game of having to chase or call multiple times to find out when they'd finish the job. But true to his word, Leo was communicative (email or text) and strived to show up on time when he said he would. Little things came up here and there, but he was trustworthy and delivered when he said he would. In addition, Leo's crew was very hardworking. They really put in long hour days and were pleasant to be around. We had a snag when we discovered fiberboard underneath 70% of the old siding -- Leo knew what to do and took care of it. Windows, doors, siding - it all turned out great and its like we have a different house! Even the air flow is better! And last but not least, Leo's a nice guy...very pleasant to deal with. Some contractors are grumpy, but not this one :) We'll definitely do business again."
