So much time, materials and money had been wasted and getting someone to come in behind another contractor is a real challenge. However, LB Special Projects sized up the effort, figured out what had to be done, estimated the work and did a fantastic job. They finished the job in what I think was record time. One of the many projects that they took care of, and that amazes me the most, was the floor patch in the kitchen. They managed to find the right sized planks to patch a 100-year old floor.
