"Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. To make sure we were satisfied and knew that the rainwater leak had been fixed, they invested many hours in finding and fixing a problem that was not their responsibility. "Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Curt provided a reasonable price for removing and replacing two support posts on my front porch.  The posts had pulled away from the roof on the top as they were sinking at the bottom.  He was the only one of the bidders that verified that the bottom posts were rotting.  The others just speculated that the posts were rotting.  He also had prior experience replacing and repairing support posts like these in addition to deck building experience.  Curt replaced the rotting cedar posts with more durable treated wood. The work was done in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Curt and SilverSaw to others. "

"Outstanding experience. Paul Klingbeil was very helpful in determining an approach to replacing or repairing an older existing deck. I had used Klingbeil Construction to partially replace an existing deck at a previous house a few years prior. Once again, his high standards for quality resulted in an outstanding job. For example, when the lumber that had been delivered included some boards that were slightly flawed, Paul asked if it was OK to take a couple extra days so that he could exchange the flawed boards for better ones. I suspect other contractors might have just used the lumber that had been delivered and would not have taken the time and initiative to ensure the job met the high standard of workmanship that Klingbeil requires."
