"I reached out to LionHeart to inspect my roof for damage after a recent hail storm. Andrew inspected my roof and determined that it had suffered significant damage to both the shingles and metal structures. Originally, my insurance company argued that they should only replace the damaged shingles, but Andrew put in a ton of work to convince the insurance company that any new shingles would look extremely out-of-place on my 15-year-old roof. The insurance company agreed and the entire roof was replaced. As for the work, Andrew and his team did an excellent job replacing the shingles and installing new maintenance-free gutters. He kept me informed about the entire process, which included some additional work that needed to be done to ensure the roof was up to code. Once again, Andrew was able to work with my insurance company to ensure that would not be an issue. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule.
