The representatives keep repeating the same empty apologies with no real action. At times rude. Bounced reimbursement check. It was until all these efforts that i finally received direct deposit reimbursement at the end of Sept. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not honor its agreements. I will not be recommending to anyone. "
