"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Dan and his team just finished installing our new air conditioner and furnace.  I am very impressed with their installation, price, customer service, and promptness.  Dan received my Angie's List email at 10:00PM and had it not been so late he would have called us right away.  He called promptly at 8:00 the next morning and was here within the hour to quote the project.  We quoted a few Angie's List companies and found that Dugan Air Heating & Cooling offered the most competitive price and product for the job.  It was a bonus to learn that Bryant systems are built in our backyard of Indianapolis.  They also filled out the utility rebates and submitted them which no other company offered to do.  Finally, they were all nice enough to head over to our neighbor's house and fix their air conditioner problems free of charge on their own personal time once they completed our project.  Many thanks to the Dugan Air folks for a job well done!  I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

"Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today."

"They said it will take one hour or more to get here. It turned out that the repair man had to come in from Greenfield. He checked out everything and determined that the detector was at fault and my furnace was safe. I had just had a repair job on it weeks before, but this was $100 well spent."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

They called the night before to confirm, and called again a half hour before they arrived. The technician, Chris, not only performed the tuneup, but found and fixed a wiring error I made in in the Smart Thermostat I bought and installed myself a few days prior and gave me some advice on programming it for maximum efficiency. "We use RT Moore to service both our HVAC system (2 heat pumps & 2 furnaces) and for our plumbing needs. We have a contract for the semi-annual (spring & fall) HVAC inspection and maintenance. We used them three times this year for plumbing needs (the natural gas pressure relief valve replacement, sanitary sewage pump replacement and repair of a leaky drain line). RT Moore's technicians are dependable, timely, professional, courteous, neat and friendly. There may be cheaper providers of these services but we believe that RT Moore offers good value.

He's a good fellow, just feels like the job wasn't complete. He also replaced a new heater. I was hoping that it would be less expensive."
