The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. "First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"Small amount of storm damage to my roof, siding, and window frames. Understandably the company was swamped with requests and overall they were great about not forgetting to come out as soon as they had time. My damage was small compared to others,so it was no problem to wait while bigger projects were being worked.
I spoke to Hope each time and she was very friendly and responsive to my requests. When they came out for the estimate they discovered some missing shingles off the roof and repaired them. I knew they were good when I asked to check for rotted wood beneath the damage and they came back and said there was no damage. Not all contractors are that honest! The final bill was within $20 of their quote...that also rarely happens with contractors.

"John did an excellent job with the entire job.  He kept us updated throughout the day, and the quality of the work was superb.  Our house has all original double-hung windows (circa 1950) with storm windows on almost all of them.  Many of the storm windows have been painted a few times over the years, making them even harder to remove for cleaning.  Even with the unexpected challenges, John stuck to his original bid and did an excellent job cleaning both sides of the storm windows.  One of the storm windows got stuck when being put back in and cracked.  John apologized, covered the repair cost, and quickly returned to put it back in for us a few days later.
Our house looks completely different with clean windows!!  I would highly recommend Roth Window Cleaning Services.  They did an excellent job at a great price, and John was a pleasure to work with on this project!

"Ivan came & completed all of the work as scheduled in one day.  He removed the old materials & cleaned up the area before leaving.  He also reinstalled 2 pieces of flashing/siding that had previously been dislodged by storms.  The new gutters, downspouts & fascia have a very good, professional look, and have taken care of the previous overflow caused by the former sagging gutters.
