"Insurance company was trying to tell me my roof needed to be replaced, despite not having any issues and the home passing inspection recently. Mike called within minutes of me reaching out and came the next morning to do an inspection. Provided me a detailed report of roof condition and inspection results, and provided an estimate that I thought was quite reasonable if we did choose to replace the roof. Will definitely go with 2 guys if we need further work done."

"Did our roof about 2 years ago and was super pleased with the professionalism of everyone from the office staff to the work crews and the efficiency and quality of work. Hired again to replace windows, and once again impressed with the work but also the people. If I need another job done that they specialize in, will hire again."

"Ed did a great job. He gave me a quote within a few hours and quickly completed the project. New roof looks great, the price was very reasonable, and he was great to deal with. Highly recommend."

"We had a metal roof with concealed fasteners installed on the lower roof and shingles on the upper roof, all with new plywood sheathing. Both completed roofs look great and are watertight."

"I purchased the $99 roof inspection & minor repair package thru Angie's List because I was worried there might be issues after this past winter. Larry Pidgeon arrived right on time. He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion. He gave me a price for a new roof and I told him that I would be sure to call him next year when I'm ready to replace my roof. I would definitely recommend calling him for your roofing concerns!"

"Matt did a good job. The project was drawn out a little longer than I hoped for but that was mainly due to the weather not cooperating. I was one of the first roofs of the season. I appreciated that he fit me in. The roof looks good. One shingle fell off a few months after the fact and I contacted Matt and within a few days he came out and took care of it. I would recommend this company. The price is middle of the line - maybe a little less than even - and the quality and service is good."

"The beautiful roof Lifetime Roofing installed just a year ago was recently damage severely by a racoon! Yes, by a racoon. It's habitat had been disrupted by tree cutting under a power line and it found its way to my roof during its search for a new home. It ripped several roof vent shingles off, chewed many into shreds and actually gnawed a 12" hole into my attic. Luckily, it didn't take up residence. Warren was quick to come to my aid and made a temporary repair which I especially appreciated because we were expecting a severe thunderstorm. His crew came back later to do the permanent repairs. They removed and replaced over 100' of venting and vent shingles. The repair look fantastic. It blends in seamlessly with the work they did last summer. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing by Vail. Their work is excellent and their pricing is quite competitive."
