"The crew (Dan, Jim, and Ian) was very professional, and showed much attention to getting the details correct (solid air intake box, meticulous drain piping, replaced humidifier from old system,cleaned up everything). This was a difficult job because they had to replace old set lines in a tight town house, but they consulted me on solutions and we picked the best one. The work took longer than expected as a result, but the crew plugged on to get it right. "These guys are magicians. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. My lines are underground. We didn't know where the lines were, where the blockage was. He put water in. He could hear where the water was flowing and he could hear where the water stopped. He is like a modern day dowser. He was able to discover exactly what the problem was. They did the roto rooter thing but suggested the fiber thing to see exactly where it was. The owner came out and didn't charge me for the second visit. The price was fair, reasonable, cheap. He's probably in his late twenties / early thirties. He is a gift. We've only had one big rain since then and my basement was dry. I am waiting for another galosh just to be sure the problem is solved completely."
