The pressure treated lumber used was without cracks or flaws and the use of screws instead of nails will ensure that the fence boards will stay intact when nailed fences will fall apart in a few years. The wooden platform supporting the castor wheels on the gate is an awesome feature that will prevent gate sag and stress on the hinges. If I ever buy a home in this area again, Stetzler Sawmill fencing is the first and only company I'm calling. <br /> I marked the price as a B because they do charge a little more than the other fencing companies around, but remember that you get what you pay for and Stetzler Sawmill fencing's record and Angie's List awards speak for themselves. "I initially contacted David to get a quote and go over my different fencing options. For what I was looking for, he recommended a wooden fence. He came out and gave me a quote which was within $200 (less than) of the other two quotes I received. David said that he would be able to get it finished a few days after I received the approval from my Homeowner's Association. I received the approval about 3 weeks later, and I called him. Unfortunately, he said that he was a couple of week's behind because of the rainy weather we had. He did, however, offer to put up a temporary chain link fence so I would be able to let the dog out, which was what I was primarily concerned with. While I waited for that (we continued to get awful weather), he called me about 5-7 days later and said that he would not be doing the chain link because he could fit me in his schedule and knock out the wood fence. Yay! He was going to be out of town at the beginning of the following week, but he brought his guys over to walk the area and give them specific directions/mark the lines. On Monday, the guys showed up early in the morning and worked all day to get the posts in. The following day, they were able to complete the fence. It looks great! The material is made of good quality and all of the posts are very uniform. It is exactly where I wanted it. I did have a little interaction with the guys when I had come home during the day to receive a delivery. They were very professional and upbeat. I was impressed by both that and their efficiency. David did not ask for payment until I was completely satisfied...which is exactly what I was. I am very happy with both the company, people, and the work they did. <br />"

"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done. <br /> John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows. <br /> We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile. <br />"

"This was too big for me to do by myself.  They started construction a week following after I agreed to their quote. <br /> You can go to Lowes or Home Depot and look at their sheds and the price of the shed and to build it will cost more for a far less quality product.  <br /> They were hear lass than a week and my building was complete. <br /> Tony and Jeff are the only contractors I will use for any project to large for me to do by myself."

"This company did a very good job on the brick wall and it looks just amazing. The staff was always professional and was practically OCD on how the bricks were stacked and how they were laid. Although it took longer than expected, I am willing to sacrifice time over perfection anyday. The second project however didn't go as well as the first one. They hired a plumbing sub-contractor to do the tub work because they were scarce on resources and they damaged the tub and some other items doing the tub install. The thing I was impressed by, this company took accountability for their responsibilities and made sure the tub was repaired. They then offered if it couldn't be repaired that they would have it replaced in needed. No Argument . That was an amazing experience dealing with them on the issue as I never felt stressed while they were figuring out our options. In the end the tub looks great and most importantly they are being hired to tile the floor and shower surround in the bathroom based on my dealings with them. Things go wrong in the world, we can't change that, however we must own up to our responsibilities when things do go wrong. My Handy Mate did just that and it is a company you can trust even when things don't go completely as planned.  In my opinion, a true company's rating is based on how well they respond when things don't go right not when it all is perfect. A true persona of a company is revealed when things go wrong and in the end, My Handy Mate is a company you can trust and depend on. <br />"
