During the 6 weeks, I was allowed to make suggestions on design, structure, placement without running into interference. "Glenn is an extremely professional, friendly, and reasonable man and Coast to Coast is the only company I will use in the future for any interior/exterior painting.  His quote to paint the entire 2400sqft 2-story house and a large deck (approx 8x35) was $4650 which I found to be quite reasonable.  I had received 2 quotes about 18 months prior that were $1000-$1500 higher.  Glenn requested that I find a professional carpenter to fix the rotten spots (which he assessed while pressure washing) prior to beginning painting.  After having 3 different carpenters come out, none were willing to do it due to the danger and inaccessibility of the spots.  Glenn then fixed those spots for $1000 which again I thought was quite reasonable based on their location.  His crew hand-painted 2 coats on our hardy-plank home and 2 coats of stain on our cedar trim.  They did an OUTSTANDING job caulking everything which the house was in dire need of after not having been painted in 16 years.  The house looks great and the attention to detail was very impressive, I haven't seen any imperfections yet.  Glenn exceeded my expectations.

"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.
