"I had a whole day's worth of a project for the guys. 1 Video Doorbell, 1 Floodlight Camera, two Security Cameras, and two digital dead bolts. We ran into one issue, where Wifi didn't reach the other side of the house. They were equipped with the tools needed to extend my network to the other side of the house, with the exception of an additional Wifi Router/Extender. They went and bought the Wifi Router to get me up and running the same day! I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time.

During the 6 weeks, I was allowed to make suggestions on design, structure, placement without running into interference. Even when finished with the remodel, Joel came back to handle minute issues like shower handle direction and handicap bars. They also came back a couple of weeks laters to demo my back deck and rebuild it, again allowing my input into the construction, which is probably the greatest feature of hiring these guys to do your home repair and build."
