"I had read many reviews about Art's work and everyone was well pleased, with the minor exception that he seemed to be so busy that he was hard to book. So imagine my surprise when I called about an appointment and was able to book a date the following week. He arrived at my door at exactly the agreed on time and proceeded promptly and efficiently to work. He was very careful about wearing protective booties in the house, used a tarp everywhere and even protected the walls from ladder scuffs with a towel on the ladder. He was very pleasant, chatted with me when I wanted to chat, but kept on working. He explained everything that he was doing, and that was important when it came to a few of our windows that had protective coatings and could not be razored as he normally does. He cleaned all the sills and did a wonderful job cleaning the tracks for the sliders on our porch. He removed all the screens, marked each one carefully so they would be returned to the right place and stacked them for me, since I did not want them put back in place. When he was done, he asked how the windows looked, and I jokingly replied that I couldn't tell, because I couldn't see them. Truthfully, they were the cleanest I had ever seen them. His price was very reasonable for the amount of work, and I could not ask for better results. Since that day, we have had a couple of storms, and the windows still sparkle. There are no spots or streaks visible. He is very busy, and I don't know if he needs more business, but I highly recommend him to any one looking for spectacularly clean windows. <br />"
