"I hired Premier to come out and do my tile. They were very prompt and kept in touch every step of the process including calling me when they were on their way. They walked the job with me and went over every detail before telling me a price. It was a bit higher than I expected but they worked with me and I was satisfied with the ending price. My grout looks brand new again and it was nearly black from the previous homeowners. They were very polite and it was a pleasure having them in my home. They are a husband and wife team that do the work together which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It was nice to have a company that doesn’t try to upsale you or increase the price once they come out and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They even cleaned up after themselves. By the time they were done my floors were already dry and other than them looking brand new, you couldn’t even tell they were here. I’m thrilled with the services I received."
